Lottery tickets

The official Steam gallery shows a Redeem All Eligible Lottery button in the Commissary. If your ticket is eligible, the Commissary is the confirmed place to redeem it.

The gallery does not show how a ticket becomes eligible, how to open it, how to scratch it, or whether redemption happens only at the end of the day.

The reported use flow

One Steam Community discussion describes this sequence: right-click the ticket, choose Read, hold the mouse button over the scratch area, then use the Commissary interaction after the day ends. It is a useful lead when your own prompts match it. It has not been independently reproduced, so do not rely on it for prize odds, payouts, or a fixed shop-economy plan.

No separate Apprentice Mode procedure has been published. If that mode shows a different prompt, follow the game rather than the thread.

A confirmed scratching problem

Playtest Patch 48.3.12 fixed Scratcher tickets that could not be scratched in fullscreen on non-16:9 displays. Update the Playtest before treating this as a broader ticket bug. The patch note does not document prizes, odds, controller input, or the full ticket flow.

Steam Deck note

The reported flow uses a right-click and a held mouse button. Native Steam Deck or controller support is still unconfirmed. See the Steam Deck and controller guide before depending on this interaction on handheld hardware.
